The Harris County Precinct 2 Roads Division maintains over 1,400 miles of roadways and associated bridges throughout Precinct 2. Here, you will find many answers on services provided for maintenance and construction.

The residential culvert installation process begins with applying for a permit through the Harris County Permits Office.  Once your application is approved, you’ll receive the culvert size allowed for your property.  From there, you purchase the culvert(s) and have it/them delivered to the installation site.  Be sure to mark the location(s) of the installation site. Once they’ve been delivered, you can request installation through Precinct 2 Community Assistance by calling (713) 455-8104 or submitting an online request form here. A Precinct 2 Road & Bridge staff member will contact you within 48 hours with an estimated installation date.
