Here at Precinct 2, our hearts go out to our community during this stressful, difficult time. HOUSTON, TX – (June 17, 2019) – Commissioner Adrian Garcia is working to fulfill his promise to make education a priority by launching a free test-prep program. In partnership with Project GRAD Houston, Harris County Precinct 2 is now offering a free 4-week course that will help students prepare for the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT).
