Harris County, TX— Friday, November 22, 2019- This week’s decision by Judge Rosenthal is bringing us closer to fixing Harris County broken system.  It is time we take our seat as a national leader in civil rights reform. HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Commissioner Adrian Garcia successfully led the effort to move Harris County to 100 percent renewable energy on Tuesday, October 8^th. The purchase of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) is the first step toward making Harris County greener and positions it to be a leader among local governments by setting the standard for green energy use.
